  Although EPA has exempted some natural oils from the federal requirement for registration as pesticides, Eucalyptus Radiata Essential Oil is not one of the exemptions. Any company wishing to market a product containing Eucalyptus Radiata Essential Oil as a pesticide must first register their proposed product with the EPA. Some firms have registered with EPA products containing Eucalyptus Radiata Essential Oil as a pesticide. However, each company wishing to bring to market a Eucalyptus Radiata Essential Oil product as a pesticide must obtain their own EPA registration, which HBNO® has not yet done.
